Yes, creating one is free and easy. Just visit https://www.dupr.com, click Sign Up, and follow the steps.

Can I sign up with a partner?

Yes, you can sign up with a partner. During registration, there is a field where you can add your partner. Each individual is responsible for paying their own registration fee.

Is there an application I need to register for the tournament?

Yes, you will need to sign up on the Baseline app to register for the tournament.
